As always, remain ethical in all your business endeavors and learn how to posture yourself for success. I certainly don’t recommend using the same language or pursuing the same types of business as these clips portray, but the important business lessons taught are what I like to take away from it.

Andrew Yurasek – After years of attempts and costly errors, his real estate persistence finally paid off and Andrew managed to build a profitable business of buying, rehabbing, selling, and holding properties. Today, Andrew has completed hundreds of real estate transactions, owns over 100 rental properties, and as the Independent National Senior Advisor for South Texas, he encourages others to take a hard look at their financial goals and take the steps needed to achieve them.

Chris Albin – teaches classes focused on probate real estate investing strategies, rehabilitations, subject to, and commercial real estate investing. He owns and manages more than 200 investment properties and employs 10 full-time management and maintenance staff.

During the June 2008 college, Jim invited over 30 underprivileged students from the less fortunate neighborhoods of Phoenix to attend the Nouveau Riche college courses. These children were presented the opportunity to learn from the collegiate instructors and also hear directly from students who were also affected by hardships in their childhoods and overcame their own adversities. It was an amazing opportunity for the Nouveau Riche students to participate in this experiment in giving children an opportunity to see what education can do for their lives.
